Course Outline:

Lean how to effectively plan, implement, and control projects using Microsoft Project 2013. In this course, you'll learn how to think through and organize your project details, plan a schedule, sequence tasks, produce a baseline, assign resources and costs, and revise your project plan. This course is recommended for business owners, team members, and project managers.

Prerequisites:

Understanding of project management concepts, Working with Windows or equivalent experience, and basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
