Adobe Acrobat Pro XI Level II

Course Outline:

In this advanced Adobe Acrobat Pro XI course you will learn how edit and enhance a PDF document by inserting, extracting, rotating, repositioning, replacing combining and arrange documents, spreadsheets, emails, and other file types into a single PDF. You’ll also learn how use annotations like sticky notes, track, reviews and collect comments and export and summarize PDF comments. The course also covers how to convert existing forms into fillable PDFs to fill in and sign using the Form Wizard. You will also learn how to protect PDF files with permissions, choose a security method for PDFs to send and track documents online, use an e-signature to get multiple signatures on a single document and manage documents you send out for signature.

Prerequisites:

Computer Basics and Working with Windows 7 or PC File Management experience.
